T-Bone with Creamy Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS
1 thick cut T-bone
250mls Thickend Cream
2T Garlic (Crushed)
1t Garlic Chives
1T Butter
METHOD
Cook T-bone to liking.
Fry in seperate pan garlic in butter.
Add cream to pan and simmer until slightly thickend.
Sprinkle in garlic Chives.
TASTINESS YOU CAN ADD
Mushrooms
Onion

mmmmmm... you might know i love GARLIC. This turned out well
i know some of my dishes are very simple.. but simple is great right.
this is a quick easy meal you can have with steamed veg on the side.

The garlic sauce was nice and creamy. It went well with the steak. I wanted to
get a spoon and eat it.
